  drinking well for it's youthfulness but I would definitely would wait on this. ripe red cherries, roses, menthol, and underbrush. high tannins but balanced out with pretty high acid. drank best after 90 minutes in a decanter. I'm 5+ years out for opening another but fun to check in

  While young, this is already drinking well. Cherry and red fruits, mint and licorice, and spice notes. My friend, Nat, said apple spices. Plenty of acidity, but not noticeably pronounced tannin like you might expect for a younger wine. I liked this quite a bit, and it paired well with Ann’s lasagna.
