Once ruby color has faded to a more brick like shade. Still some bright red fruit on the nose and palate, although not well pronounced. Smooth finish makes for an enjoyable experience. Paired w/ chicken cordon bleu, mashed potatoes, and garden salad.

Garnet color, lots of forest floor and mushroom on the nose, with cherry and red berries (faded) on the palate. Good finish, but overall nothing spectacular at this point. Did pair well with mushroom-based sides at Thanksgiving.

Slightly-cloudy garnet color, "typical" of aged Pinot. A very light nose, with hints of raspberry, cherry, blueberry, and black cherry. The body consisted of muted red fruits and nicely integrated, smooth tannins. Despite being from 32-year old vines and made as a single vineyard bottling, this wine was not memorable. While it certainly was not a bad Pinot, there was nothing that set this wine apart from the Estate blend or made it unique. I am hoping that this is just a dormant wine and that my other bottles will come alive once they've sit for a few more years. But in the mean time, I have to score this one as "average" (75).
