It’s a regular Pinot Noir. It’s a smooth wine, acid, very truth to Pinot flavors. Honestly, I could not find many flavors or scents, but maybe by preference for bolder wines get in my way... Has a good persistence in the mouth...

German cask style. 350 gal used up to 50 years. Similar to Spatburgunder. Bing Cherry, floral, tart raspberry on nose, palate high acid, tart, lean, and restrained alcohol. Bitter back end, fruit pip. I like that style.

Done in a German cask style - 350 gallon, use them up to 50 years. Fresh, flush fruit on the nose, bright red fruit, lively smell. A bit angular on the palate like a Carneros Pinot, even though this is the Sonoma Coast .
