I agree with the previous notes. No noticeable oak or alcohol. Very food friendly, and my impression is that this wine really shows what Chardonnay should taste like. New world chards seem so clumsy and overdone compared to the French. The finish is nice, and keeps me wanting another sip. I can't discern all the flavors that some tasters can, but I can appreciate the subtlety of the wine. For $24, you get a decent chard. Not cheap!

This straw-colored Chardonnay offers a very floral bouquet, with scents of jasmine, orange blossom and lemon verbena on a substrate of wet stones. Light-bodied, freshly acidic and without noticeable alcohol (13%) or oak, it delivers flavors in line with the nose and has good mid-palate density. The finish is crisp and of medium length. This should be at its best over the next 3-4 years. Drink now-2023.

We've been searching for a ~$20 house chard and this one is currently in the lead. Everything you want from a white burg.

Creamy, pear, tangerine, floral notes. Very elegant. Hard not to like.

Light golden color. Light to medium body. Smells apple and pear. Creamy round pomelo taste.
