Paired with a chicken taco salad where we used some aged tabasco sauce. This wine was a great pairing for that. A nice acid that cut any spice and stood up well to the creaminess of the guac, a a bit of sweet. Not overdone. Easy to drink. Finished the bottle easily between us.

I'm always surprised by how much I enjoy wines from this producer. They are much more old world in style. More restrained. This is all tropical fruits. Very nice and tasty. Good acidity. Easy to drink. Perfect sortof terrace wine on a warm afternoon.

Drank on the first night of our vacation and so I'm sure that the bottle benefited a bit from that. It's lots of tropical fruits and again that vanilla but it was also cool on a hot Caribbean night and it just hit the spot. Bottle went quickly.

This is pretty intense as it turns out. Lots of vanilla and tropical fruits. Maybe some pineapple and papaya. It's not quite got quite the level of acidity that I think it needs, but 2016 was a very hot year in Washington. Thus, it's a bit heavier than I remember last year's being, but it's still good.
