Nice easy Pinot. Light nose of earth and black berry. Warm front with warm dark fruit mid. Long gentle finish carrying the middle notes. Pair with light meats citrus salads.

Pacific Northwest Dinner at Devon: Nose was big, red fruit, spice, and a layer of smokiness. The same characteristics followed through on the palate, raspberry, sour cherry, and Asian spice. Chewy but fine grained tannins created a backbone giving a rich luxurious feel. The finish went on for quite a while.
