Opened about 45 minutes prior to dinner. There was some effervescence immediately after pouring which took about 5 to 10 minutes to dissipate. By the last pour of the bottle it was no longer present.
Strawberry and floral flavors are prominent. Still fresh with a decent finish. This was a delicate Pinot.
Although this is still drinking well I would drink up any remaining bottles sooner than later.

Grabbed this at last minute with some grilled steaks, so PnP. I think the last bottle must have been flawed. None of the disjointedness, of the previous bottle.
Still a surprising amount of fruit here. Blackberry and raspberry. There is some earthiness also with tobacco and a little dust. Finish is decent. I think it probably needed a little time to breathe so will be interested how the remaining 1/2 bottle will do tomorrow night.

Really drinking well right now.
Classic Cab flavors…cassis, graphite, bramble, wrapped in earthy flavors. Tannins are present but tamed and smooth. Finish is very long.
I think this has a long life ahead of it
