  Coupage de Cariñena y Garnacha de viñedos de entre 80 y 100 años, con crianza en fudres y barricas nuevas de roble francés de grano fino durante 18 meses. Alc. 14,5% vol. Un caldo a la vez intenso y elegante, con todo en su sitio, paso por boca amplio y suave, madera justa para ensalzar la fruta, matices sobre todo especiados, final largo. Muy rico ahora y con estructura para recorrido. Bebido en el restaurante Madero, Salvador Shopping, con los amigos @Luis Coutinho y @Vinicius Freire.

  Grenache vieilles vignes, issue de négoce.
  Sur un profil davantage de fruits cuits que floral.
  Plus moderne, boisé. Moins floral et moins complexe en bouche.
