ESTG does Oregon Pinot (Newcastle, WA): Mmm, spicy, deep, black cherry, pleasing, getting a little smoky. This was lovely. Cork totally disintegrated so use a Durand if you have them.

Dark fruit, large dose of dusty minerality, slightly harsh midpalate. Very good, and the last few pours out of a magnum consumed over 3 hours were the best.

Very dark color. Firm fruit with nutmeg, cocoa and some savory characteristics. Though decanted two hours before serving, it still wasn't ready to drink. Needs time!

Medium light red. Tight nose, spicy red fruit, with some developing earthiness. Dry earthy cherry flavours and a dry finish.
Needs time.
