2022 Port Harvest Tour; 9/22/2022-10/2/2022 (Porto, Portugal): Bottled in 2022. It has 196 grams per liter of sugar and 4.0 acidity. There are beautiful oxidized notes on the nose with old wood, hazelnuts, and caramelized white fruit. The entry has bright acidity and waves of complex flavors, with honey, toffee, maple syrup, candied oranges, and light tropical notes interchanging in a lovely textural dance. Wow. The finish just goes on and on as jaw-dropping flavors continue to dance across the palate.

2021 FTLOP Harvest Tour; 9/19/2021-10/2/2021 (Portgugal): Bottled in 2021. Deep golden color. Dried floral and herbal notes on the nose, with some very nice hints of honey and varnished wood floors underneath. Extreme smoothness and amazing rich palate of tropical fruit, honey, and butterscotch. Great sweetness that is intricately balanced with the acidity. Extremely long finish.

Brilliant. All sorts of perfumes and shellac and artists studio going on with lipstick and half-cleaned up sex. Acidic and a honey/mead core by turns. Incense. Carries lots of old flowers and aromatics. Abrupt finish is kind of odd. Still, absolutely incredible.
