Knoll Ried Schütt vertical + X (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Tasted blind, not decanted. Clear, medium ruby color. Nose with dominant vanilla brings me to German or Swiss Pinot. On the palate fine red fruit and herbs, high acidity, very lean and a bit edgy and rough. Medium length. Needs time to develop and soften. 90+
