Simple, fairly one dimensional dark fruit flavors. Good for a basic table wine, but nothing to brag about. If you want a Rhone blend, you can get better from France for $12

Very good at this price point. Better after even just 30 minutes of breathing. A good solid wine. Would be great with roasted meats. Cherries, earth tones on the palate.

a little metallic salty, very heavy fruit forward play, raspberry, sour cherry, and paprika dominate the palate. after being open about an hour it turns watery and the heat from the alcohol becomes unpleasant as the fruit fades away. not much to recommend here.

Clearly African villages: the tar and phenol of the pinotage comes through, but mellowed by the syrah. Distinctive, great with a brisket dinner.
