Had this with the same bottling in 2018. I preferred the 2018 but the majority preferred the 2017. Still young but has good potential. Served a little to hot in temperature. Best to serve at 12-13 degrees.

Fruits blancs, belle finesse et bel équilibre, acidité parfaite, touche amertume enfin finale. 91-92
White fruit, nice finesse and balance, great acidity well balanced with the richness, slight touch of sourness on the finish but nothing to change the overall feel of it.

Impressive from the start, though much more voluminous and full on the palate, with a real nice saline/mineral impression to counter its richness. Showed some warming spice as well that bordered on heat, but not cloying. Tasted along with three other 17’ Buisson-Charles Meursaults, liked this second best to the 1er Les Cras.

Astonishingly good White Burg. This is textbook with white and citrus fruits, crunchy dry extract, and a faint nuttiness in a bright package. This is a sleeker, more acidic style of Meursault, and I love it. A total beauty and just as good as the cultier, far-more-expensive, Meursaults that get most of the love these days.
