Medium golden, 13% abv. Floral aromas, eucalyptus, herbs. Dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol and medium-medium(+) body. Palate of meyer lemon, bright green apple, honey melon and star fruit. Rich texture, fatty not unlike Alsace Pinot Gris. Good length, balanced with fruit-driven bright and wide finish.

Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. 100% Grechetto. Pale yellow with a gold hue. Clean, youthful, with yellow apple, pear, lemon, yellow peach, white flowers, fresh basil, thyme, honey and a hint of petrol or flint which may be volcanic in origin. Dry, with med (+) acidity and med. alcohol (13%). The palate is consistent with the nose and is intensely flavored, with a med (+) long, minerally, salty finish. Very well made and complex, with great QPR. Drinking well now and for the next several years. Tasted again 11/15/22 with consistent results.
