  • Really good Sylvaner. It showed better every day for 4 days.
Some herbs (sage and mountain herbs) and exotic fruits on the nose (mango) with apricot and pepper on the nose. Light mineral notes as well.
Creamy, med acidity, add some lime in the mix along with some almond and you get a pretty complex wine.
It really shows an impressive persistence and weight for a Sylvaner and the slightly smoky, flinty finish is really enjoyable.

  • This had to be one of the top Sylvaners made. Great wine.
Very aromatic complex nose with some white peach, apricot, rotten apple and a light saltiness.
Med to full bodied, it is as good as it smells. Ripe, balanced with med acidity and a long finish.
    Great stuff and totally recommended.
