  Medium amber/golden in color. Full, forward & attractive nose of rich, ripe fruit aromas of lemons/lime, orange rind & stone fruits notes of apricots & peaches with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle, exotic spices, minerals, honey & a hint of caramel. Medium bodied with mature & complex ripe rich fruit flavors of dried apricots, sweet yellow peaches, tangy tangerines/oranges, melon, exotic spices of allspice & cloves, honey, minerals & a hint of caramel. Long lingering finish with some bracing acidity. At 44 years of age, it is at its peak of development & I would not push it any further, so drink up! [A.P. Nr. 2 577 050 6 77; Alc. 11.8%] Ullage was about 1" below neck of bottle; cork was intact but fell into bottle upon opening.
