  Taste Top Wines for June (San Diego Wine Co.): N: Attractive cherries, spice, with notes of minerals; Intensity lurking?
  
  P: MF body; RNDISH entry with NICE, almost swtish frt met by some puckerish astringency which pretty much maintains into & through the LONG, very slightly spicy, very, VERY slightly bitter finish with hints of swtness to the very, VERY fine tannins. DESERVES/needs 12-18 mos, then drinking for 3-4 yrs more, I'd guess. 14.9% ABV; My EXC-. [This vendor's $24.99 is $2 < the only other currently listed wine-searcher vendor.]

  Taste Pinot Noir (San Diego Wine Co.): N: ATTRACTIVE spice with roses?
  
  P: Med body; NICE, almost swtish frt counterbalanced by a tangy astringency that never loses its underlying swtness as it slowly, fairly seamlessly transitions into a LONG, BALANCED, tangy/swt finish with notes of spice. Could improve through '18, then drink nicely for 3 yrs more. SUPERBLY done! 14.9% ABV; My EXC. [This vendor's $24.99 is $4 < the only other currently listed wine-searcher vendor.]
