Three nights open and zero decline. Honeyed stone fruits, lush texture, lengthly finish. Hard to imagine anyone not loving this. It pleases the crowds and the geeks.

soft more neutral nose. Lemon curd and baking spices. Rich and creamy palate. Organic wine. I think the wine is in balance, hits all the Chardonnay notes without being overblown. The owner was instrumental in the forming of the Vire AOC, no oak but full malo.

Honey and a touch waxy but in a really good way. Tasty stuff.

Honey on the nose, with some peachy fruit and minerality. Full body on the palate, has good richness to it.
