La contribución de Miguel. Aromas a nata agria, mantequilla amarga y otros lácticos. En boca se mostró compleja y larga, muy larga. Un rico comienzo para nuestra cena italiana de maridaje. Perfecta con unos boquerones en carpa vio de alcachofas.

Hazy toffee-orange in color. Classic briny, green walnut, caramel nose. Quite grippy in the mouth, with concentrated salty walnut and some heat from alcohol. Very good, but a bit difficult due to the perception of alcohol.

Very impressive nose, complex, deep and intense, with notes of sappy wood, toasted nuts, caramelised fruit, sea breeze, balsamic, vanilla and herbs; on the palate very concentrated, bone-dry, verging on austere but rounded out by some natural glycerin; excellent length. A classic.

Tasting 1982 Rioja (plus supper at La Piperna in Madrid) (Enoteca Barolo - Madrid): Miguel's contribution.
Aromas of sour cream, bitter butter and another lactics.
On the palate showed complex and long, very long.
Nice started for our Italian dinner pairing.
