  • My friend and I enjoyed this wine with pasta (Northern Italian style). Upon uncorking the initial taste indicated it would be more fully enjoyed by decanting or waiting a little. We decided to wait an hour, and then retaste, and that turned out to be the time this bottle needed. Our first good sing was that the tip of the cork was 1/8 inch of deep purple, and the color and body was deep purple and rich looking with nice legs. After 10 years this wine still smelled of fruit, and it had that rich aroma of cabernet grape. The taste fully supported our impressions of the color and aroma, an outstanding rich cabernet sauvignon.

  • Solid fruit forward wine. Actually seemed like more of a Merlot than Cab. Tasty.
