Short decant. Beautiful bouquet of dark red fruit, spice and earth. Very balanced in the mouth with mid to mild tannins. Lovely finish. Still fresh and has many years left but drinking very nicely right now.

Decanted >1 hour. It has been 1 year since we last visited this vintage. Bold red fruit but short on leather, spices and earth. Tannins have softened and the wine is very drinkable. No varietal blended here stands out. Really good and moving into its drinking window.

Very young but had to try. Floral and fruity on the nose, still needs time to develop a bolder structure in the mouth. I would like more oak but a nice wine. Wait a few years.

Hommage a DryCab - Washington Wines release; 5/3/2018-5/5/2018 (Various spots in Walla Walla): Tasted at the tasting room in WW. This was a bit more integrated than the merlot although still some of the cotton candy and extra floral nature. I think it still needs some more time. Came across as a bit young.
