Root Day - fair bit of funk on opening but once it got some air there was ripe red and black fruit along with some savoury herbs on both the nose and palate. The finish is medium in length with some spice accompanying the fruit and herbs. Well done and showing some maturity. Drink now.
muted red fruit and a bit short on day one; opens up on day two with juicy dark red fruit, earth and a nice tannin component; even juicier on day three with less tannins. Very easy to drink

As three of us drink this, we all agree: a very drinkable wine. Not heavy or bold. Smooth. A note of licorice.
