  Drank this Malbec with a great evening meal of grilled NY Strips after decanting it for over 4 hours and even that couldn't save it. Nothing could shake the dull flavor of tanin and shoe leather - no fruit is really left in it, despite a relatively nice nose. Will likely use the second bottle of this one for cooking. That's what I get for not drinking it two years ago - pity with some nice fruit and plum tastes mixed in it might have easily been worth drinking however, this was not to be so.
