I have a fairly cynical view of most Cab Franc grown in California, but this one is actually quite nice; The fruit is elegant on the palate, but it does have some underpinnings of green herbs and earth, even if it's secondary to the lush fruit; Probably wouldn't have guessed this was Cab Franc blind, but it's quite tasty nonetheless

It’s still young, but shows promise. Definitely tight, and needs time to open up and achieve the complexity it will a few more years down the road. Deep berry on the nose and a hint of spice on the palate.
