One of the better New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc‘s we’ve had in a while.

Smooth drinking and not complex, but a nice summer evening wine. Not as tart as other NZ SBs.

Very fresh, light, bright, but not acidic or tart. We liked this Sav a lot. Went well with fresh pulled pork.
Nicely proportioned NZSB which is a study in simplicity and balance. No fireworks, just a proper little wine.
New Zealand micro trip; 5/6/2019-5/9/2019 (North Island, New Zealand): Passion fruit, gooseberry, cheesy lees and a touch of struck match. Juicy acid, textured, similar fruit, rather pleasant.
