Light yellow colour. Seemed corked to me, to which a few other attendees agreed. Lots of chlorine and wet card-board coming out of the glass. Also notes of yoghurt and other dairy products. Behind all the weirdness faint notes of chocolate truffle and dough. Somewhat thin and undefined. Good acid, and a medium finish that seemed a bit "green-grassy". Initially I was going to defer judgement, but 6 of out 10 guests insisted the bottle was fine.
