  起头是柠檬和柚子带出的明亮柑橘调，随后有桃子，酸芒果，青凤梨，果味清新，后段有蜜瓜奶油和淡淡蜜糖，略带粘稠，些许细矿感，结构有硬感。入口酒体中，集中于舌中线，有淡淡的奶油质地，显得顺滑而有些许饱满感，但我感觉还不太够。酸度高，沿口腔壁面状平铺扩散，柠檬，柚子，白桃，青苹果，凤梨，未熟芒果，果味成熟感不强，但平衡。后段带有一点蜜糖，淡淡的花香，白胡椒的辛辣，矿物感有点细粉感，还有点乳酸感。90/100

  Good concentration of fruit, rather delicate, well integrated acidity, quite mineral with good length. Well made, but not at the same level as, say, Robert Weil's 2017 Kabinett. 89-91

We tasted the wine at the vineyard and this did not stand out at the time, so it may be interaction with the food; although the effect remained after dinner. It needs other food for sure. Btw we visited a number of vineyards in the region and this one was by far our favourite-- but perhaps more for the other Rieslings than for this one.
