    (J. Geil-Erben Bectheimer Geyserberg Spatlese Trocken) Lovely nose of mineral, lemon zest, citrus, orange blossom and earth. Palate was focused with a solid mineral backbone but enough fruit to make it not too trocken. The ripeness is great here as is the chiseled and focused definition. Nice concentration and length. Real balance here.
