Everything estate grown and the fourth generation. One of three producers that can make Cava outside of Cava. Supposedly mostly in Alavesa. There were a co-op and then in the 1950s the son privatized it. And they have the rights to a Rembrandt, hence the label. But apparently he is dutch.
Fleshy on the mid palate with some touches of riper tropical fruit.

Quickie sip at ES BK after work. Bottle opened 2+ hours ago already. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Thin legs. Nose medium+ intensity, with aromas of white acacia flowers, citrus lime, stony minerality, slight green herbs, and bits of petroleum. Youthful. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol (12.5%), fleshy medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of sweet honey oil, acacia, stony minerality, citrus lemon-lime, yellow peach, bits of petroleum. Long finish. Very good quality. Balanced wine. Tremendously good QPR. Drink fresh. Could develop into something more honeyed over the next 3+ years also.
