  • In the nose bread and minerals. In the taste apple and lemon, maybe also some grapefruit, with stony flint and minerals. Quite powerful and also pure, but at the first day acidity, minerals and fruit were not fully integrated yet. Already really nice to drink, but with its very attractive tension this is a promising wine for the years to come. At the third day slightly better than at the first. This wine can be drunk now, but might benefit of some further keeping. Third day: 91-92 .

  • From 75cl screwcap, opened but not decanted 1 hour. Some residual CO2 on the sides of the glass, and adding a pin-prick vividness to the entry. Intense citric, flinty, saline scent; entry initially slim and very mineral, almost Sauvignon Blanc-like, but the mid-palate goes BOOM! with yellow (kiwi?) fruit and expansive, resonant, structured Riesling typicity—that astonishing, rolling, multi-layered, penetrating sweet fruit/bright acidity action only great young Riesling can offer. Terrific wine, now entering early maturity; a bargain at this price level. 91–92P

  • Pale yellow/green color. Citrus, apple and exotic fruit on the nose and palate. Gained on complexity, in a wonderful shape tonight.

  • Hmmm......, another gun powder bottle, really strong nose predominantly flinty,
on the palate still very young appearance with a strong mineral core, mid bodied with lively acid and a tasty flow over the palate, some yellow fruit in the background, long good saline finish, recommended, will gain some more complexity over the next 3- 5 years, **(*-****), 90- 92(+) potential
