  • A little CO2 on opening, gradually dissipates. Tart apple and lemon, fairly sweet and viscous. To me the sweetness is a little too much when drinking the wine by itself. Its much easier for me to like along with food.

  • Nose: Ripe peach flesh, ripe red apples and slight oak. Sharp minerality is there underneath all that ripe fruit.

Palate: Similar ripe fruit from the nose. Clean sweetness and not cloying at all. Slight prickliness and a faint minerality on the finish.

Medium gold color. A clean sweetness with no tannin. Medium to medium-plus body with medium acidity (very well integrated though). Decent finish of about 13-14 seconds. The minerality seem to struggle a bit to shine through the abundance of ripe fruits. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. Amazing price as well.

Other notes: No decant, time in glass only. Bordeaux glass. Served initially ~58° and put into the fridge after the first glass to chill it down to ~54° (helped bring out the prickliness more).

  • Really fantastic riesling. Bright spritzy, and sweet. We drank this after dinner, and it was spectacular. Lots of fruit as well as texture. Cool, quick finish. Great value as well.

  • I didnt enjoy this quite as much as the 15, but still a very gulpable riesling. Nice with spicy food. Decent sweetness and fair balancing acidity. The fruit was a little less tropical and leaning towards orchard fruit. Didnt get much in the way of botrytis or petrol but still very young. Good grab for the price.

  • Delicious. Light yellow in color with some oak and green apple on the nose. Just the perfect balance of fruit and sweetness. Smooth and easy to drink.
