Well, I'm missing something here since this is getting 90 from you all. It's only characteristic was butterscotch...no fruit whatsoever. OAK!! Maybe I waited too long to drink, but the color was good to the rim, albeit very light all the way compared to normal Zins. I'm used to power and alcohol and, in fact, only drink them on the weekends in case, you know, things get carried away. But this? Looked more like a light touch Franc or Pinot. It was sharp and angular and OVEROAKED!! Very disappointed as we settled in for an evening. UPDATE: Wow, this got a lot better after it was open for two days. It was fuller and much more fruit abundance on nose and palate. The lesson is decant like crazy!

Light and delicate aren't your typical Zin descriptors, but this was a nice change of pace. Paired very well with the T-Bone we had. Dominant red fruits that took a good hour of air time to materialize. Before I knew it the bottle was gone!!! Will buy again if I see it available.

Not your usual fruit bomb zin. Lighter bodied and dryer than that. Red fruit on the nose. The palate is lean and herbal, while the light fruit notes fade into the background. Alcohol medium+, acid medium, and the tannins are medium+
Very interesting take on Zinfandel. Hour decant recommended.

PnP good to go from the start. On day 2 fruit a little more restrained, but still concentrated and complex. Well balanced, smooth, spicy, and with a long finish. Blue, black, and red fruits. Black cherry and blackberry predominate. This was a great value.
