180 out from our last bottle. As others have stated, a bit soft on opening then started to sing. Grenache is definitely the dominant flavor profile…..extra bottle time helped the pieces come together.

Rich, smooth GSM, with a 4% Tempranillo kicker. High-toned tannins, a long finish, and a touch of heat. Elegant, stylish Paso Rhône blend, showing well at five years. 58% Grenache 27% Syrah 11% Mourvedre 4% Tempranillo

I enjoy this wine for its abundant flavors and energy. It started out a bit soft upon opening (actually counting on that as I opened it for someone who prefers her reds like this vs. a muscular cab that was also being served) but really got going on 2nd day. My notes from April on this wine still stand.

Short on terroir, darkness, depth and complexity; this wine struggles to make a good impression. Good fruit but not a typical GSM profile; it's feminine and limp. Best after a day of breathing, then serve at cold temp and allow to slowly warm up to room temp.
