  After a two hour decant, beautiful, sensual chocolate coming through with toasted oak. Smooth as can be tannins, not at all astringent, a lengthy finish. After five hours, an intimate bouquet of flower petals and white pepper. The bulk of the fruit presence may have dissipated early as I didn’t take a whiff during the initial decant though did notice hints of mixed dark fruits here and there.
