  A 100% Cabernet Franc is a fun change of pace. Cab Franc is typically used as a filler.
  The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are medium. There is moderate sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, red currant, raisin, mushroom and espresso. It tastes like strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, black currant (cassis), raisin and strawberry jam. The body is medium. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity. Let this wine breathe for at least two hours.

  This wine is wonderful. I paired it with brazed boneless short ribs. It has dark fruits, especially cherries, plums, and cassis on the nose. It also has leather and cigar box on the palate. Let it breathe for at least an hour.
