  • Honeysuckle and lime leaves on the nose, flavours of pink grapefruit, apricot with some ginger on the finish. Quite a mix then, and does feel slightly out of sync at the moment, perhaps some more time to integrate.

  • Pale golden colour, smells of grapefruit and apricot, medium body, dry, but not in a tart way, in the mouth grapefruit and apricot, has a nice, medium acidity, in the aftertaste acidity, grapefruit and apricot, good length (15 sec), strangely enough, the last glass had more acidity than the first, good Riesling, still quite young.
