  • This is a great wine and I would definitely drink it again!

It was somewhere between simple and moderate, what set it apart was the zing; this wine packed a flavour filled punch, but the flavours seemed to promote each other, rather than searching for notes I was met with flavours that leapt out and complimented each other. Further, the mouth feel evolved amazingly as it crossed the palette, the acid hits first delivering a clean tartness but that soon develops into an almost bitterness that tingles on the tongue, before rounding out with a delightfully smooth medium finish.

Look: straw in colour, good legs, nice and light

Nose: Lime and melon come through strong, with further notes of orange zest. When taken in, it creates a tingling sensation similar to smelling freshly poured fizzy lemonade.

Palate: pineapple, melon, strawberry, grapefruit, these all shone through and promoted each other like converging waves. What really set this wine apart however is the mouth feel!
