  Deep red almost opaque color. Blackberries, cocoa and vanilla combine to produce a well balanced, medium tannin wine. 30 second plus finish. Recommend decanting due to sediment. Very enjoyable

  Decanted for 30 minutes before tasting. Very little sediment. Deep purple hue with red tint. Deep ruby color and lots of legs! On the nose there is delicious raspberry and blackberry notes with a hint of mint tea and vanilla. The aromas are beautiful.
  On the palate there is mouth watering acidity, those black fruits, red berry and delicious mouth feel, with medium tannins along with a little heat you pickup at the back of the throat. There is a subtle cranberry and sour cherry end that carries through to provide what appears to me to be a pretty well balanced wine. So pleased I have eleven more in the cellar.
