  A rich white Collio blend of Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio. Bright straw yellow, medium intensity. Clean, fresh, complex nose of yellow apple, ripe lemon, almonds and sweet spice. It is surprising that it sees no oak. The palate is dry, clean, rounded, with ripe fruit, medium to medium (+) acidity and medium alcohol (13%). Medium (+) flavor intensity and length, with a clean, mineral finish. This is a great food wine but also good by itself as an aperitif. It is drinking well now but should hold together well for several years.
