Somewhat translucent red. Lifted, dried rose hips, and unlit cigar on the nose. Light bodied. Fresh tasting. Really damn good if this is your thing. It is my thing. Also: still quite good the next day, which is unusual for me.

Decanted and opened up over the course of two hours. It just got better over time. Started to become more fruity over time. Paired well with polenta. A tiny notch below the Sassella.

Hyacinth Dinner (Hyacinth, St. Paul, MN): Medium red color. PNP, drank a glass over an hour. Cherry, dried strawberry, medicinal, iodine on the nose. The palate is medium bodied, with ripe red berries, tar, medicinal, balsamic reduction, medium tannins, youthful.

such a pleaser of nebbe. On the nose its cool climate red fruits, cherries, tad of that fries mushroom non-aggressive tannins are rolling around your pallet combined with good concentration. Fresh nebbe? well, it can probably be stored away for a few more years and depanding on your choice of style, though this wine I prefer with fruit and I think 2015 is very drinkable at the moment
