My first 'Profile' ever.....opened from its OWC by friends and decanted for an hour before putting back into the bottle and taking to our fav French place for dinner. It did not disappoint.....beautiful, sweet, dark red/black fruit with round integrated tannins and matching acidity. This '16 is very well balanced with just the right amount of oak and all elements play very well together. This certainly has many years ahead of it, but for those who love the '16 vintage, no harm in popping one now.
