Medium golden color. Aromas of green apples, pear, lemon, chalk. Medium bodied, medium intensity, medium+ acidity. Taste of green apple, lemon, lemon skin, minerals. Balanced.

Lightly honied and floral immediately on the nose followed by distinct flintiness, bruised yellow apple, and candied citrus pith all topped with a whiff of smokiness.
Fruity up front, super zesty, this is decidedly front loaded with sweet bruised apple and cider apple fruits, that disappear on the midpalate leaving layered oyster shell and lemony flavors. Not terrible complex, but shows decent length, decisive cut, and great freshness and drinkability. A perfect party Chablis.

Chalk and lemon rind greet the nose with an added level of fruitiness perhaps par or white peach followed by lovely white floral and vaguely jasmine tinged aromas. A simpler Chablis, to be sure but this is absolutely exciting this evening. Vibrant, saline, playful, delicately blending lemon, stone, and white fruit/floral flavors, leading to a long, sapid, deep finish. There’s no great complexity here yet this lacks for nothing. It is a perfect example of light, refreshing, pure nervy Chablis. Exactly as prescribed. I wish I had oysters, though the last time was memorable for the aftermath so perhaps not!. Such a lovely, nervous, chalky finish. I love this!
