  신맛이 강한 귤, 아몬드, 젖은 돌, 신선한 토스트 아로마. 날 선 산미와 미네랄리티를 보여주지만 뭔가 평범한 샤블리와 다른 설명하기 힘든 질감이 있다. 무척 맛있다.
  너무 떠버려서 나날이 가격이 수직 상승 중이라 미리미리 마셔두지 못한게 후회된다. 샤블리가 물린다 싶을 때 꺼내어 마시면 '아 이래서 내가 샤블리를 사랑하지 않을 수 없지' 느끼게 해주는 와인. 피우제의 모든 떼루아를 비교시음 할 수 있으면 얼마나 좋을까.

  Young. Nice minerality on the nose. Tasty palate with citrus and a punch of saltiness. Good chablis typicity.
