Very pleasantly surprised with this one. Very balanced all around, including nose, palate, and finish. It’s all lemon curd, lemon zest, yeasty bread goodness with nice acidity, soft bubbles, and almost a perceived sweetness despite the zero dosage. Excited I have more.

04/19 disgorgement. Enjoyed this. Definitely the lean brut nature style, but the fruit is ripe enough to keep it balanced. Clean.
