  This was very firm and a bit coarse. Softened some with air but while it had some tertiary fruit elements, with hints of meat and leather mixed with loam and dried cherry notes. Finishes a but austere and dry. Hard to say if this will dry out--given it's GC status I'm inclined to give it another 5+yrs.
