  Very good, even at 10 years old. It has taken on the more mature flavors that sparklers get (nutty, toasty, maybe butterscotch). It's not bright and it's not as bubbly as it once was, but it is very nice for an aged sparkler.

  Really a nice and mature Sonoma blanc de noir sparkling cuvee, not at all over the hill, drinking very nicely. Fairly dark yellow, almost a gold straw, full bodied, with a good amount of fizz and brightness. Enjoyed last night for dinner with Kim, my boss and his wife and good CT wine buddy neighborbill with the appetizers. Good QPR wine, would definitely buy this again and would also recommend this for others. Floral nose with some apple and baking spices, flavors consisted of hints of vanilla, mint, ripe apple and a hint of white pepper.

  Medium yellow/gold color. Nose of apples and pie crust. This bottle was pretty flat in comparison to the last one that we had. The flavors were also not nearly as intense, but there was still some citrusy zip to it. This was dissapointing coming from our last bottle of the stuff.

  Yellow gold color. Nose of pears and some apple. Fair amount of very small bubbles. Really nice mouthfeel. Good value at $20. We would purchase again.

  Creamy and rich in style. Perilage was very nice at first, but quickly faded, in which allowed for a less aggressive style of bubbles. Nose and palate of ripe pears, vanilla, and brioche. Very low in acidity, full bodied, and soft finish with a hint of oak.
  Definitely a different style of sparkling wine, but I enjoyed this very much.
