  Day 1 - austere, petrol notes, closed
  Day 2 - open for business, a great combination of bone dry with tropical flavors, honey, peaches, some ripe apple. Amazing combination. Be prepared to let it breathe and/or hold.

On the palate: grapefruit, lemon, sea salt, minerality; fantastic acidity, solid density, but lightweight and a long finish. Seems actually a bit more closed aromatically than my last btl suggests.   Golden yellow in colour.
  Immediately struck on the palate by slate, wet stone profile.
  Refined and super elegant on the palate. Finishes with a sweetness of fruit.
  Really like the balance here.

  NOSE: light-to-medium-light petrol; green pear; lime leaves.
  
  BODY: medium golden yellow color with slight green tinge; light to medium-light bodied.
  
  TASTE: watery/closed, initially --- quite the opposite of the Nose; light-to-medium-light petrol; acidity is at least med+; don't drink cold -- much better around cellar temp, if not a touch warmer; seems to be truly excellent, but very reserved right now. DAY 2: cucumber; fresh rain; a touch creamy; 12.5% alc. not noticeable. Great wine, but a strong HOLD recommendation for the time being.
