It has nice citrus fruit, cream brûlée, good minerality and a little bit of oak (a little note of butterscotch). This bottle is very good, but I think it’s time to drink these up.

A little oxidized on opening, I thought of the words of Francois Audouze: Air heals all flaws. Counterintuitive it may be, but it worked in this case. Turned into a nice match to orange roughy amandine (can't get trout here) and ginger-lemongrass rice. Lioco has Burgundian aspirations and is well on the way to meeting them.

I am enjoying this bottle with its citrus and stone fruits. Lots of minerality and a touch of oak. Good finish too. However, I am going to enjoy my last bottles of this vintage this summer, as it is reaching the end of its drinking window.

I think the fruit is starting to fade on this vintage. Still enjoyable, but it seems to be on the downhill slide.
