Medium gold yellow. Minimal if any browning. Modest nose of honey, lime zest, citrus, minerals and more. Delightfully complex flavor profile. Lots of acidity over a relatively simple base. Really different. And quite versatile pairing wine. Aging gives it more body than typical Muscadet. Rounds out and grows fuller as it warms.

Golden yellow. Smelled honey, lime, and salt, plus caramel after development; tasted very savory and mineral rather than fruity, though the lime now does appear again in a supporting role. Rich mouthfeel balanced by strong acidity, finishes short and (again) salty.

Medium golden colour. Citruses, pears, some minerality. Tart, lighter, refreshing wine.
