Really late posting this. This was (pretty sure) the second bottle of the night--I started cooking something involved, so by dinner time the first bottle was well down. So this got a little less attention. VB of WE described it as "tannic, oaky and concentrated," none of which would be big selling points with me normally, but this is very good and VB is correct that it will continue to age well. If you have a prime rib in your future, or maybe a good smoked brisket, put one of these aside. Plan for future happiness.
